Mr. Frank clearly displays mouth-watering franks, foot longs, links
and sausages. Eight sturdy wire baskets, each capable of
holding multiple links, continuously rotate to provide quick, even
broiling. Unique non-spiking design delivers franks that are
plump and juicy.
The Display Broiler's
convenient load button permits rotation pause for loading or removal
without turning off the element, which translates into less wear on
the unit's motor, easier use and more evenly controlled heat.
Adjustable temperature provides precise heat control, while the
illuminated cabinet and eye-catching merchandising label increase
visibility, thus, sales.
Quick-loading and
easy to clean, APW / Wyott's Display Broiler can accommodate up to
48 standard franks for fast turnaround during peak sales
periods. For customer convenience, add APW / Wyott's
cost-conscious Bun Heater, which fits snugly on top of the display
broiler to heat up to 36 buns without additional electricity.

controls. The bun heater has a stainless steel body
with a hinged door.

utilizes the display broiler's heat to operate.
Capacity . . .
The broiler holds 32 regular or 16
foot-long links. When stacking, the unit holds 48
regular or 24 foot-long links. The bun heater holds 36
standard hot dog buns.
